What are the banking hours?

Monday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Tuesday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Wednesday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Saturday 8:30 am - 1:00 pm
Sunday Closed

Some branches may have additional hours for drive-thru only (check with your local branch). Our ATM machines are accessible 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

What is a routing number?

The American Bankers Association (ABA) routing number is a unique, bank-identifying number that directs electronic ACH deposits to the proper bank. This number is usually the 9 digits that precede the account number printed at the bottom of a check.

What is the Citizens First routing number?

Will the bank do a credit check on me before letting me open a checking account?

No. However, we do perform a credit check before approving most types of loans.

Is a safe deposit box available?

Safe deposit box availability varies by branch office. It is best to check with the most convenient branch office to determine if the box size you would like is available.

If I am not a Citizens First client, can I cash a check payable to me?

Yes, If the check is drawn off a Citizens First checking account and the funds are available, otherwise you must have a Citizens First savings, checking, or deposit account. 

Does the bank have notary service available?

Notary service is typically available during lobby hours in our branch offices.  We recommend that you call ahead to verify that there is a notary available. Certain fees may apply.

How do I send a wire transfer?

Requests for an outgoing wire transfer must be originated in person at one of our branch offices during lobby hours. You will need to contact the receiving company to obtain their wiring instructions. There are certain fees for both domestic and international wire transfers. For complete fees and details, please ask a representative at your nearest branch office.

Does Citizens First offer cashier’s checks? If so, how can I get one?

Yes, we do offer Official Checks. You can request one at any of our branch offices. Certain fees may apply.
